Ctrl+F12 Opens a file. Ctrl+Shift+F3 Creates names by using those of either row or column labels. Ctrl+Shift+F6 Moves to the previous worksheet window. Ctrl+Shift+F12 Prints the current worksheet.

Restart the File Explorer task. The problem is most likely not with the Downloads folder, but with the File Explorer itself. If the folder no longer responds, the File Explorer may also freeze. As a result, you'd have to restart Windows Explorer using Task Management.Dec 18, 2023
